Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
  • A current New York State registered nurse license is required.
  • Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
Responsibilities
  • Practice evidence-based nursing and contribute to improving the patient care experience.
  • Work a full-time schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and meet the call requirement.
  • Maintain on-site presence and live within a commutable distance to NYP.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two years of registered nurse experience is preferred.
  • Critical care registered nurse experience is preferred.
  • Specialty certification is preferred.
