Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of global equity administration experience with a public company
  • Knowledge of various equity award types (ISO, NSO, RSU, PSU, ESPP, etc.) and related taxation
  • Experience with E*TRADE and Equity Edge Online is required
  • Some knowledge of relevant U.S. GAAP accounting and SEC regulations as it relates to equity/stock administration, including knowledge of ASC718
Responsibilities
  • Administer Pagerduty’s equity programs in the U.S. and globally
  • Provide superior service for equity-related questions and requests
  • Assist in growing and scaling the stock administration function
  • Process participant account updates and transactional activity
  • Perform reconciliation of equity information and maintain SOX compliance
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Payroll teams
  • Support 10b5-1 transactions and prepare Section 16 reports
  • Design and implement educational sessions for employees
  • Prepare equity information for filings
