Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PLA, and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience successfully collaborating across departments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze emerging industry trends and drive market innovation by defining target markets, product specifications, and product launch strategies.
  • Develop and execute new product marketing plans with regional sales teams to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Lead the full new product introduction process, manage timelines, and proactively resolve challenges during research and development and trial production to ensure timely launches.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align goals, improve efficiency, and achieve key project milestones.
  • Manage and track new product sample requests, ensuring timely coordination and delivery.
  • Conduct detailed cost analyses and profit forecasts, maintain supplier relationships, optimize costs, and improve product profitability.

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification.
