  • Grow one or more engineering teams focused on critical areas of our virtual care platform
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define long-term vision and roadmap
  • Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions that ensure scalability, performance, and progress
  • Hire and develop engineering talent while promoting an inclusive and accountable team culture
  • Partner across the organization to influence product direction, resourcing, and prioritization
  • Improve engineering processes, quality, and reliability
