Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience in the field
  • AS degree preferably in Laser technology
  • Prefer some experience in Laser and Lens alignment
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience in handling of highly sensitive PCB assemblies
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Fast learning, self-motivated and hard working
  • Efficient and good at multi-tasking
  • Good team player, reliable and independent work style, responsible for outputs and working well under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Assemble optical and mechanical sub-modules
  • Align Laser and Detectors to Lens module using high precision mechanical alignment station
  • Test Optical Module by measuring laser power from Transmitter and return signal from Receiver
  • Final integration, Firmware update and programming initial settings to be ready for system test
  • Keep good record and tracking of daily builds and report to Engineers and Management
  • Support R&D engineering team in prototype testing
  • Troubleshoot any alignment or beam quality issues
  • Able to assist Engineers with writing procedures
