  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working in program management or at least 3 years of working in employee development or a combination of both
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, or at least 4 years of experience in other human resources roles, or at least 4 years of marketing, or at least 4 years of consulting, or a combination of any of the above
  • At least 2 years of experience with project management
  • At least 2 years of experience with event management
  • Experience interpreting metrics and trends
Responsibilities
  • Identifying and executing on a well-managed, visionary program strategy for both intern and full-time programs
  • Continuous improvement opportunities to support business & associate needs
  • Delivering the core experience and learning & development curriculum for the Finance Rotation Program associates
  • Serving as the People Leader to an Associate-level direct report who oversees the Finance Intern Program
  • Building strong relationships and support network for the program
  • Partnering with key program stakeholders to facilitate the job rotation process
  • Supporting recruiting strategies to attract a diverse and talent cohort to join the program
  • Coaching and developing associates in the program, providing mentoring advice and career coaching
  • Owning and driving performance management process
  • Engaging with senior leaders across Finance and Human Resources to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for program associates
  • Utilizing data to understand trends and align with partners to solve problems and improve FRP/FIP experience
