Leggett Dynamics has launched its Mid-Class Massage System, a non-electronic innovation bringing premium massage features to vehicles beyond the luxury segment. The system, now in production with a global OEM, was shortlisted for the 2026 Auto Tech Partnership Award. The MCM uses a compact 30 x 35 mm module employing the Coandă effect, with no electronics or moving parts. This design reduces complexity and cost whilst enabling plug-and-play integration without requiring electronic revalidation, allowing OEMs to add comfort features to existing platforms quickly. The system's rapid transition from concept to production was enabled through early OEM collaboration.
