Requirements
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
  • The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The candidate must have a valid state driver's license.
  • The candidate must demonstrate high-quality guest service skills.
  • The candidate must be able to engage and interact with children and adults.
  • The candidate must successfully complete all legal, company, and department training requirements, including required tests and certifications within established timelines.
  • The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule every day of the week, with start times as early as 4:00 PM and end times as late as 2:00 AM throughout the events.
  • The candidate must be able to work nights of the event.
  • The candidate must maintain composure and objectivity in all situations when interacting with guests.
  • The candidate must follow all park and departmental policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift.
  • The candidate must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds on occasion.
  • The candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • The candidate must be able to work indoors or outdoors, with or without air conditioning, for the entire shift.
  • The candidate must comply with SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
Responsibilities
  • Represent the park by displaying a positive attitude, high energy level, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.
  • Escort guests on tours of the park during seasonal events such as Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town, providing a VIP experience that includes frontline access to attractions, priority seating to select shows, and private beverage stations.
  • Assist with event setup, check-in, serving alcoholic drinks, selling products, seat saving at shows, and cleanup.
  • Fulfill the primary responsibilities of all preceding job descriptions and perform other duties as assigned.
