Requirements
  • A professional qualification in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing project, program, or transformation-initiative portfolios.
  • Experience planning, prioritizing, and tracking projects using agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management (Project Portfolio Management, or PPM) and roadmap development.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders across different areas.
  • Knowledge of project risk, dependency, blocker, and impediment management.
  • Proficiency with project-management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Ability to administer resources and ensure the portfolio meets schedules, scope, and objectives.
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparation of executive reports to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the project portfolio according to priority and execution feasibility, in coordination with the Program Owner.
  • Define the SDA projects and initiatives to address in each cycle and assign resources according to needs.
  • Coordinate and align roadmaps for projects in the portfolio to ensure coherence and value.
  • Manage portfolio-related blockers and impediments in coordination with other areas.
  • Manage assigned SDA requirements according to the project-cycle stage.
  • Ensure integrated management is incorporated into the development of deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certification in Scrum, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with visualization tools such as Power BI.
