The Riptide Complex is seeking an Intermediate-Level Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of a cryogenic gas processing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, troubleshooting process issues, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting facility reliability initiatives.

Schedule

• 7-on / 7-off rotation
• 12-hour shifts
• Shift work required
• Participation in on-call rotation required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in natural gas processing, cryogenic plants, compression, or related midstream operations
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
• Working knowledge of process operations, troubleshooting, and emergency response procedures
• Experience with permit-to-work systems and LOTO procedures
• Familiarity with SCADA and DCS systems

• Knowledge of: compressor station, storage field, gathering field, and/or processing plant operations
• Knowledge of: computers. Demonstrated ability to access and/or perform basic computer functions utilizing company software applications
• Knowledge of: gas and liquid processing fundamentals
• Knowledge of: applicable company and governmental operating practices and procedures
• Knowledge of: safe handling of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems
• Ability to: analyze, adjust, and perform minor repairs on equipment
• Ability to: apply addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to: maintain and prepare information such as safety/environmental reports, work logs, maintenance/repair logs, and time sheets
• Ability to: interact and communicate effectively
• Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information and instructions
