- Work directly with the CPO to shape innovative AI products from zero to one.
- Become an expert user of Central and own the product experience end-to-end.
- Turn product complexity into a clean, simple, integrated user experience across modules.
- Own the roadmap and feature definition, applying UX/UI and interaction design judgment.
- Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features.
- Map the product surface area, from dashboard through features and connections across modules.
- Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
- Explore the product, challenge decisions, and propose better alternatives.
- Identify friction, uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections between modules.
- Cross-reference specifications, staging, and production to identify gaps and regressions.
- Use product usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize improvements.
- Prioritize actionably, avoid overbuilding, reduce interface clutter, and ship simple solutions.
