About the job
- Very strong technical skills in .NET or TIBCO application development.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting and allocation, implementation, information security program development and administration, technical architecture design, and technology assessment.
- Ability to communicate with individuals and groups about their needs and ask questions to surface essential information.
- Ability to represent information graphically using natural language and established modeling languages.
- Ability to apply RUP, UML, object-oriented programming, and process flow diagram methodologies.
- Experience with data architecture in relational database management system and multidimensional database environments.
- Experience with service and integration architecture design and deployment.
- Experience interacting with databases such as MySQL and Oracle through APIs such as OCI and ODBC.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering full software development life cycle coverage for software integration solutions using the TIBCO suite, including BusinessWorks, GRID, BPM, ActiveSpaces, and Spotfire.
- Knowledge of and ability to use EJB, Java/J2EE, JDBC, .NET, XML, XSD, DTD, XSL, XSLT, parsers, JSP servlets, and Apache Tomcat.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure and application technologies, including mainframes such as IBM and UNISYS, UNIX/Linux, enterprise databases, middleware, web services, application development platforms, testing tools, HTML, and high-availability designs and technologies.
- Knowledge of SOA, web services, ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, BEA WebLogic Server, IBM WebSphere, enterprise application integration, BPM, Struts, Rational Suite, RUP/UML, and object-oriented analysis and design.
- Design and assess technical and enterprise architectures.
- Plan, implement, develop, administer, and deliver information security and software integration solutions across the full software development life cycle.
- Design and deploy service and integration architectures.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify needs and represent essential information through graphical models and presentations.
- Present technical information and engage audiences.
- EA certification such as TOGAF or Zachman is preferred.
