- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and experiences.
- Train and mentor instructors.
- Promote programs through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
- Represent the company at events, schools, and community functions.
- Support enrollment efforts by communicating program value to prospective families.
- Support sales and marketing efforts to grow the business.
- Capture photos and videos, with permission, for marketing use.
- Maintain knowledge of programs, pricing, and promotions to support sales conversations.
- Handle class scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting.
- Assist with customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Support inventory management for supplies and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Complete interviews, field evaluation, and a mandatory three-month observation period.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- College coursework in education, marketing, or a related field.
