Requirements
  • A Pennsylvania Massage Therapist license is required.
  • Certification from an accredited massage school is required.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and shift work.
  • Must have proof of valid United States work authorization.
  • Must be able to walk and stand constantly during the shift.
  • May occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Adhere to spa policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform massage and body treatments safely, professionally, and hygienically.
  • Represent the spa, brand, and Accor values as an ambassador.
  • Maintain knowledge of treatments, retail offerings, facilities, and current offers.
  • Maintain treatment-product inventory in an orderly and neat manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards for treatment rooms and the facility.
  • Arrive on time for appointments, prepare adequately, and thoroughly review appointments before and after each service.
  • Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and members.
  • Assist with maintaining treatment rooms and other facility areas when possible.
  • Track guest medical forms and ensure each guest signs one before treatment.
  • Recognize all VIP guests arriving at the spa and hotel.
  • Drive the guest experience and communicate with colleagues to orchestrate smooth guest-sequence delivery.
  • Accommodate guest preferences and special requests to the best of the property's and operation's ability.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by making safety and guest service the spa's priorities.
  • Perform regular treatment and facility audits to maintain brand standards.
  • Contribute to daily and monthly retail and treatment targets.
  • Support colleagues when requested.
  • Adhere to the Accor Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility book.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality.
  • Handle guest complaints, comments, and concerns with discretion and urgency.
  • Participate in daily and monthly communication meetings.
  • Follow the property's safety procedures and practices.
  • Report dysfunctional equipment, potential hazards, and emergencies to management immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
