Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Technical training in electrical, mechanical, and general construction trades.
  • Boiler certificate a plus.
  • Experience with quality-controlled systems and computer-based process monitoring systems.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with purified water generation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Be able to work 12hour shifts
Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve alarms relating to utilities systems using technical knowledge.
  • Ensure that all actions performed are properly documented.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on utilities systems.
  • Ensure that these tasks are performed according to the relevant standard operating procedure and appropriately documented.
  • Perform daily checks, data logging, and system monitoring for utilities systems.
  • Maintain and organize records and historical data.
  • Evaluate concerns with utilities and communicate to leadership as necessary while providing feedback about proposed resolutions and ideas for improvement. Help create and execute change control documents.
  • Clean and maintain GMP in utilities areas.
  • Help with the creation and revision of standard operating procedures for tasks involving critical utilities.
