- Maintain accurate records in project management systems
- Utilize Procore or equivalent project management software to log and track project documentation
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Experience collaborating with a General Contractor
- Background in invoice processing and construction billing
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
