- Execute algorithmic trading strategies in accordance with the trading desk's objectives.
- Monitor and reconcile trading positions consistently throughout the shift.
- Perform start-of-day position and activity reconciliations.
- Perform post-trade analysis on a variety of algorithmic trading strategies.
- Complete end-of-day profit-and-loss and position reporting.
- Communicate with trading exchanges and internal technology groups regarding trading system issues.
- Manage and report potential compliance issues.
- Assist quantitative traders with research for new trading strategies.
- Experience in finance is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
