Responsibilities
Provide direct daily supervision of assigned escort personnel.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate assignments, work locations, special conditions, and changes affecting escort operations.
Verify adequate staffing and coordinate relief coverage to prevent interruption of required escort coverage.
Monitor employee performance and immediately correct identified deficiencies.
Ensure personnel understand their duties, responsibilities, and limits of authority.
