Responsibilities
Develop and implement the client's tool installation procedures, protocols, and systems to support continuous improvement of client-specific technical infrastructure business practices, operations, and business needs.
Interface and align or coordinate with the requirements of the client's tool and equipment engineers to support client needs.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for current and proposed future tool installation ramps while managing environmental, health, and safety metrics in line with client expectations.
Provide progress reports including risk metrics and mitigation, progress, schedule and cost performance key performance indicators, and planned-versus-actual forecasts.
Represent the client in all aspects of tool installation with support from the client's extended support team, including procurement and leadership escalation.

The Tool Install Project Manager will work as a Client Representative and have a background in industrial manufacturing facilities specific to semiconductor equipment installation. This role requires experience in managing advanced technology manufacturing equipment installation, and the ability to contribute to the success of our projects and client's needs.
This position is based on site in Santa Clara, CA
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement Client’s Tool Installation Procedures, Protocol and Systems to support the continuous improvement of Client-specific Technical Infrastructure business practices/ operations and business needs.
Responsible to interface and align/coordinate with the requirements of the Client’s Tool/ Equipment Engineers to support the needs of the Client’s requirements. This will enable the Client’s Tool/ Equipment Engineers to focus on business priorities with the Tool Install Manager focused on Tool Installation to support their needs.
Responsible for managing scope, schedule and budget for current and proposed future Tool Install Ramps while managing EHS metrics in line with the Client’s business expectations.
Responsible for providing Progress Reports to include RISK metrics/ mitigation and progress, schedule and cost performance KPIs and Planned V’s Actual forecasts.
As Client’s Representation, responsible for all aspects of the Client’s Tool Install with the support of the Client’s extended support Team including Procurement and Leadership (Escalation).
The salary offered for this role is between $117,000 and $157,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
