About the company

Krew provides AI-powered agents for first- and third-party collections and accounts receivable teams. It builds omnichannel AI workers that manage communications across platforms, plus a specialized tool called Point Caller to boost collector productivity. The AI agents handle large volumes of delinquent balances with an empathetic approach and operate 24/7 to maximize contact and resolution rates. Their solutions are used in auto leasing, consumer services, and higher education to manage stages of debt from late-stage to charged-off accounts. Clients can A/B test different collection strategies, voices, and scripts to optimize outcomes for different portfolios. Krew’s goal is to automate and improve the efficiency of the collections process while reducing operational costs and achieving higher contact and resolution rates.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Krew added Tim Mertikas in March 2026 to deepen financial-institution selling and servicing credibility.
  • WithKrew customer pages updated in 2025-2026 show active product expansion across collections and servicing.
  • Augment MBA reported 20% dunning productivity gains, validating Krew beyond third-party debt collection.

What critics are saying

  • Krew still shows seed-only funding from September 2021, limiting firepower against better-funded rivals.
  • Fitzgerald Advisors and Augment MBA are showcase accounts; concentration risks intensify if either churns.
  • Credit-scenario automation faces strict TCPA and CFPB scrutiny; a compliance failure would cripple deployments.

What makes Krew unique

  • Daniel shares memory across voice, text, and email, preventing repetitive collections outreach.
  • Krew’s Komply stack and consent tracking target U.S. credit-servicing compliance, not generic chatbots.
  • Clear Recovery Solutions said Krew drove 290% higher contact rates and one-third of revenue.
