Multi-hospital healthcare provider network nationwide
Lifepoint Health operates a large network of hospitals and care sites, including community hospitals, rehabilitation and behavioral health facilities, and outpatient centers, to provide care across the health continuum. It delivers care through its Lifepoint Forward initiative, pursuing practical solutions to improve quality, expand access, and increase value for patients and communities. Its differentiation comes from its scale, integrated care across hospitals and post-acute services, and a strong emphasis on community health outcomes rather than isolated services. The company’s goal is to improve health outcomes, broaden access to care, and deliver better value for the communities it serves.
