Requirements
  • 3+ years programming experience in backend software engineering with strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs, particularly with CRM and support platforms like Genesys, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
  • Using our low-code platform to build custom solutions tailored to client needs, empowering them to achieve impactful voice automation with ease.
  • Leading the setup and integration of third-party tools (Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk, OpenTable, and others) for seamless CRM and service functionality.
  • Acting as a key point of contact in external meetings with enterprise solution architects and product managers, helping translate their requirements into integration setups, technical specifications and conversational experiences.
  • Collaborating within a diverse engineering team to develop a cohesive and scalable codebase, performing code reviews, and contributing to design documents.
  • Ensuring optimal system functionality and scalability, including enhancements based on customer feedback and new feature opportunities.
