Quandri builds customized digital workers, or software bots, that automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks for insurance brokerages. These bots handle routine operations such as quoting and suspending policies, enabling agencies to save time and money and free human staff for more valuable tasks. The product works by developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions tailored to an insurance workflow; clients pay for the initial setup plus ongoing support, creating a predictable revenue model. Quandri differentiates itself by offering tailored, end-to-end automation for the insurance brokerages sector, providing cost savings that are typically smaller than hiring more staff but with ongoing service to ensure smooth operation. The company's goal is to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs for insurance agencies by handleing repetitive tasks automatically, helping them grow and improve customer satisfaction.

What believers are saying

  • June 2026 P&C Index covered 125,000 renewals, proving large proprietary distribution.
  • July 2026 FirstChoice partnership expands access across 750 agencies nationwide.
  • July 2025 funding from Framework and Intact finances U.S. expansion and hiring.

What critics are saying

  • Vertafore, Applied, and HawkSoft can bundle similar automation, squeezing pricing by 2027.
  • If brokerages cut staff or slow renewals, Quandri's seat-based revenue stalls immediately.
  • FirstChoice agencies demand discounts; carrier or AMS vendor alternatives can displace Quandri quickly.

June 17, 2026 at 9:06 a.m. Inaugural Quandri P&C Index finds the median home insurance premium hike at renewal fell from about 13% to about 6% between summer 2025 and spring 2026 - though most homeowners are still paying more VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Quandri, the AI platform for insurance agencies and brokerages, today released the inaugural Quandri P&C Index, a new real-time read on U.S. P&C insurance pricing drawn from actual renewal activity across the country. The first edition finds that the steep price increases in home insurance of recent years are finally cooling. The median home insurance premium increase fell from roughly 13% to roughly 6% across more than 125,000 paired renewals at nearly 50 U.S. brokerages; a near-halving of the pace over nine months. The decline was steady, with a notable step-down at the start of 2026. The relief for homeowners is real, but partial. About three in four policyholders still saw their premiums rise this spring. The bigger shift is in severity: the share of renewals with an increase of 20% or more has roughly halved, from about one in three to one in six. Notably, even as pricing pressure eased, insurers continued to raise dwelling coverage on roughly nine in ten renewals, a standard practice to keep rebuild limits in step with construction costs. Those adjustments also shrank over the same period, from about 7% to under 4%; a further sign that the cost pressures driving the hard market are receding. The easing was widespread but uneven. States such as California and Colorado remained among the firmest markets, with median renewal increases holding in the mid-teens for much of the year, while much of the Pacific Northwest saw increases in the low single digits. "For three years, the defining story for American homeowners was renewals that kept coming in higher than the year before, often by double digits," said Jackson Fregeau, Co-Founder and CEO of Quandri. "The data shows that is finally changing. But most households are still paying more than they were a year ago, and the picture varies from state to state. Agents who are unable to review and proactively service every renewal will still have clients who shop around, and retention is still at risk." Quandri sees renewal premiums the moment carriers issue them, typically weeks before a policy takes effect. That timing gives the Quandri P&C Index an early read on pricing trends, well ahead of official inflation data. Key findings for homeowner renewals, Aug. 2025 to May 2026: * Median renewal increase fell from ~13% (summer 2025) to ~6% (spring 2026). * The share of renewals with a 20%+ increase fell from ~1 in 3 to ~1 in 6. * About three-quarters of homeowners still saw an increase at their most recent renewal. * Insurers raised dwelling coverage on ~9 in 10 renewals; the size of those increases roughly halved over the year. * California and Colorado stayed among the firmest markets; the Pacific Northwest among the softest. About the Quandri P&C Index The Quandri P&C Index is a measure of U.S. P&C insurance pricing, based on real renewal activity across Quandri's network of agencies and brokerages throughout North America. This inaugural edition covers home insurance. Methodology The Quandri P&C Index compares the renewal-term premium to the prior-term premium for the same policy with the same carrier, across more than 125,000 paired home insurance renewals at nearly 50 U.S. brokerages using Quandri between August 2025 and May 2026. Premium changes beyond +/-100% are excluded and the median is reported to limit the influence of outliers. State is derived from policy coverage records. About Quandri Founded in 2021, Quandri enables insurance agencies to manage up to 10x more policies without adding headcount. Quandri pairs agent expertise with insurance-native AI to create a new operating model that increases capacity, strengthens client relationships, and helps teams operate more efficiently at scale. Quandri expands integrations with Vertafore AMS360, HawkSoft.

Quandri expands integrations with Vertafore AMS360, HawkSoft. The company has added new agency management system integrations to extend AI-driven renewal automation to a broader base of North American agencies. // April 7, 2026 (Image source: Quandri website.) Quandri (Vancouver, B.C.) has expanded its integration ecosystem with Vertafore AMS360 and HawkSoft, extending access to its AI-powered renewal intelligence platform. The integrations enable agencies to access Quandri's renewal automation capabilities directly within their existing agency management systems, building on its prior integration with Applied Epic. "AMS360 and HawkSoft agencies represent a huge share of the independent market, and until now, they haven't had access to what Applied Epic agencies have been using to transform their renewal workflows," says Jackson Fregeau, CEO and Co-Founder, Quandri. "The agencies that will win the next decade are the ones building operations that scale without adding headcount, and we're committed to making that possible for as many firms as possible." The platform automates renewal workflows by analyzing policy data, identifying key insights, generating quotes and preparing renewal communications within agency systems. Addressing Operational Constraints According to the company, the expansion is intended to address operational constraints faced by agencies managing increasing policy volumes and complexity with manual processes. "Quandri is one of the few tools we've implemented that has had a measurable operational impact," says James Chapman, COO, Ausband Chapman Insurance. "We have to get to 100 percent touch on renewals and Quandri is going to allow us to do that." Quandri says the expanded integrations will allow more agencies to scale operations, improve efficiency and manage higher policy volumes without increasing staffing levels.
