About the company

Trucell provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and medical-imaging infrastructure for healthcare across six countries. It manages over 10,000 endpoints and supports more than 50 healthcare sites, backed by a 16-framework Integrated Management System (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST CSF, IRAP, ISM PROTECTED, PCI DSS, and more). The company differentiates itself with proprietary clinical software like RADForms for DICOM-based radiology workflows, Smart Kiosk for self-check-in with Medicare validation, and DICOMJet for cloud-based imaging distribution. Its goal is to be a trusted IT partner for regulated environments by combining certified compliance with custom software that addresses problems other vendors overlook.

What believers are saying

  • Trucell updated its LG pages in September 2026, signaling active sales momentum.
  • LG Calibration Studio Medical preview work positions Trucell for recurring fleet-management services.
  • Healthcare IT, security, and cloud breadth expands cross-sell from displays into sticky infrastructure.

What critics are saying

  • LG concentration is dangerous; a partner shift would hit Trucell's imaging revenue immediately.
  • Trucell's site copy says LG is its first choice, narrowing vendor diversification.
  • No public funding or scale data suggests a thin moat against larger MSPs and AV integrators.

What makes Trucell unique

  • Trucell combines Australian managed IT with medical imaging deployments across healthcare sites.
  • Its LG Medical partnership covers diagnostic, clinical review, and surgical display fleets.
  • NSW Health Standing Offer support and 50+ supported sites create procurement leverage.
