Requirements
  • 2-3 years of People Operations or People Generalist experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing an HRIS system, Workday preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding People system-related inquiries, issues, and requests
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing Workday HRIS system for employee data management, reporting, and troubleshooting purposes
  • Conduct testing, documentation, and validation of People system functionalities and configurations to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational requirements
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and knowledge resources to facilitate self-service and enhance user experience
  • Provide training and support to People staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities, new processes and enhancements, and self-service tools
  • Input and update employee data, covering aspects like New Hire/Onboarding, personal updates, terminations/transfers, job changes, promotions/demotions, and maintenance of organizational structure
  • Manage the day-to-day administration tasks and fulfill basic report requests
  • Provide employee and partner triage and escalation support for Workday and other relevant people systems
  • Address, research, and resolve employee and partner questions related to system data, such as benefits, payroll, and personal information, serving as a resource for inquiries and clarifications
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, including proper approvals, assist with HRIS data cleanup efforts, and conduct regular system audits
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information and HR matters
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the People Operations leadership team, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
