  • The ability to type at least 40 words per minute is required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completing related organizational forms.
  • Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, computers, and other standard office equipment.
  • Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and prepare messages.
  • Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters as directed.
  • Prepare letters, memorandums, forms, and reports according to written and verbal instructions.
  • Sort incoming mail and deliver it to the appropriate department or individual, and process outgoing mail.
  • Maintain filing systems manually or electronically.
  • Manage the calendar and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
