What believers are saying

  • Owners receive cash distributions: CPP paid nearly $35 million to practitioner and employee shareholders in July 2026.
  • Montreal business development managers receive treatment access: their posting includes clinic treatments and corporate retail discounts.
  • Maryland operations broadened: Sullivan Surgery & Spa joined CPP in September 2026 with Annapolis and Easton locations.

What critics are saying

  • Travel accompanies CPP's Montreal growth role: the business development manager spends two to four nights away monthly.
  • Part-time work spans two cities: AdmireMD's three-day laser technician role requires commuting between Phoenix and Scottsdale.
  • Clinical entry requires dual credentials: AdmireMD's laser technician role requires Arizona aesthetician licensure and laser technician certification.

What makes Cosmetic Physician Partners unique

  • CPP has no private equity investment, according to its August 2026 ownership disclosure.
  • Local owners retain control: CPP lets partners keep their clinics while joining its shared brand.
  • Treatment knowledge travels across clinics: CPP researches, tests and shares proven technologies within its network.
