- Monitor compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client-specific quality procedures.
- Collaborate with project management and technical teams to identify, track, document, and resolve quality-related issues.
- Establish quality metrics and reporting processes to monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Review quality documentation, corrective actions, and non-conformance reports to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments of design processes and deliverables.
- Support risk identification and mitigation efforts related to design quality and project execution.
- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure consistent application of quality requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project staff regarding quality management best practices.
- Experience supporting large transit, rail, light rail, commuter rail, or transportation infrastructure programs.
- Six Sigma certification and/or demonstrated process improvement experience.
- Certified Quality Engineer certification.
- Certified Quality Auditor certification.
- Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO 9001.
- Experience working in an owner's representative, program management, or design-build environment.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local transportation agency requirements.

Trident Group Ukraine and Hill International deepen collaboration on major infrastructure projects. June 28, 2026 Featured partners. The event, organized by USUBC as part of URC 2026 in Gdańsk, brought together representatives of Trident Group Ukraine and Hill International to reflect on their ongoing partnership supporting Hill's work in the region. Abdullah Alnabhan appointed MD of Hill International. Hill International has appointed Abdullah Alnabhan as Managing Director for the Middle East. In this role, Alnabhan will be entrusted with the responsibility of expanding business operations and upholding the quality of professional services in the region. With over two decades of international experience, Alnabhan has been instrumental in assisting governments and private sector clients in developing and implementing strategic programming to achieve their long-term objectives. His expertise spans numerous projects in the Middle East, including strategic initiatives related to Expo 2020 Dubai, Saudi Vision 2030, UAE 2031, and beyond, the statement from Hill explained.
