- At least an SMK vocational high school qualification; a major in Automotive Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience as a motorcycle mechanic, workshop technician, or fleet mechanic is preferred; fresh graduates with strong practical automotive skills may apply.
- Ability to inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles.
- Familiarity with workshop tools and basic vehicle repair procedures.
- Willingness to learn electric-vehicle technology and follow standardized repair processes.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Inspect, perform scheduled maintenance on, and repair two-wheeled vehicles and motorcycles.
- Analyze and address mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in vehicles.
- Repair or replace components according to workshop standards.
- Support preventive maintenance to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Record damage findings, completed work, and required follow-up.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of tools and the work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures during vehicle inspections, repairs, and testing.
- Coordinate with the operations/workshop team on repair priorities and vehicle readiness.
- Experience handling electric motorcycles or EV components.
- Experience maintaining large numbers of motorcycles or supporting fleet operations.
- Understanding of EV battery fundamentals, wiring, controllers, or electric drivetrains.

Dassault Systemes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT 8,DSY.PA ) today announced that Electrum, a leading Indonesian electric vehicle (EV) startup, has selected Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform to accelerate the design and production of Electrum's first series of electric motorcycles as the government ramps up efforts to increase adoption of EVs.
In a separate development during the Jakarta visit, Carsome announced its collaboration with Electrum to accelerate two-wheeler EV adoption in response to growing local demand for sustainable and economical transportation.
