About the job

Requirements
  • Approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in real-world evidence consulting and/or a related pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
  • Familiarity with real-world data sources in either the United States or European market, such as claims, electronic health records, registries, or other real-world data sources.
  • Understanding of how real-world evidence is applied across the pharmaceutical industry to support regulatory, payer, or clinical decision-making.
  • Awareness of evolving regulatory and data-related requirements affecting real-world evidence, including regulatory guidance, data privacy, and evidentiary standards, with the ability to stay current as these evolve.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks and workstreams; independent full-project leadership is not required at this level.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of the real-world evidence industry, trends, and data landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • No business-development target, revenue quota, or existing or portable client pipeline is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned workstreams and projects from planning through delivery, including data landscaping, feasibility assessments, and integrated evidence-generation plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to agreed quality without independently owning full client engagements.
  • Develop key client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and project reports, to a high, client-ready standard.
  • Apply real-world evidence methodologies and approaches, including treatment-pattern and patient-journey mapping, drug-utilization studies, comparative-effectiveness or synthetic-control-arm work, outcomes research, cost-of-illness and burden-of-disease studies, and real-world safety assessment, to solve client problems.
  • Apply reviews and quality checks to project outputs to confirm accuracy and consistency before sign-off.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on assigned workstreams under the direction of the project lead.
  • Manage and/or coach junior team members, including Consultants and Analysts, on assigned projects; delegate work as appropriate and oversee task-level progress and quality.
  • Support outreach to and engagement with existing and potential partners, including data organizations and research institutions, as directed by senior team members.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership pieces, including white papers, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, alongside internal subject-matter experts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the real-world evidence industry, trends, and data landscape, with European and/or United States experience preferred.
