Requirements
  • You have 3-5 years of successful hands-on account management experience in an agency environment, with a proven ability to lead meetings, present performance data confidently, and implement effective tactics to drive results.
  • Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in marketing or in a related field.
  • You have experience being seen as a leader in your team, driving forward initiatives, ideas, and feedback.
  • You are comfortable leading executive-level conversations and handling tough news with candor and clarity.
  • You have experience with time management and juggling multiple tasks effectively for yourself and your team.
  • You have worked with a project management system such as Asana, Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp, and have experience keeping client and internal tasks running efficiently.
  • You are interested in the advertising and agency space.
  • You can troubleshoot challenges with creative solutions.
  • You stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and marketing.
  • You understand the requirements of a remote work environment, including maintaining a clean and quiet workspace suitable for video conferencing and following digital etiquette.
Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of 6-8 accounts and be accountable for building operating rhythms, translating business goals into paid media roadmaps, and nurturing executive-level client relationships that drive retention and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted marketing advisor for 6-8 accounts.
  • Lead client meetings end-to-end, circulate agendas in advance, capture decisions, and close the loop quickly.
  • Build durable client relationships through proactive check-ins and concise written updates focused on outcomes.
  • Understand each client's business model, goals, and challenges and align strategies with their overarching objectives.
  • Co-own strategic planning with the Associate Media Director and media leads by prioritizing initiatives, sequencing the roadmap, and aligning scope and timing across teams.
  • Maintain a testing and innovation agenda, partner with media leads on hypotheses and rollout decisions, and document outcomes with clear next steps.
  • Own ClickUp and status artifacts, including Slack and status sheets, to keep deliverables visible, owners accountable, and timelines on track.
  • Manage priorities proactively, maintain the backlog, and run timelines so work ships on time and to specification.
  • Monitor budgets and pacing, manage risks and changes early, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting and explain what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
  • Maintain reporting hygiene and readability, ensure data integrity, and provide recommendations tied to business impact.
  • Guide internal media and search strategists to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and performance goals.
  • Create feedback loops through brainstorms, weekly syncs, and creative reviews to drive progress.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams work efficiently together while balancing day-to-day execution with big-picture strategy.
  • Retain and grow clients by hitting retention targets, surfacing risks with potential solutions, and earning trust with client executives.
  • Ensure the pod delivers on KPI goals including revenue, MER/ROAS, CAC/LTV, and CPL within guardrails while running a documented test program.
  • Run a reliable operating rhythm and deliver agendas, recaps, and emails on time with strong data hygiene.
  • Communicate clear narratives connecting inputs, outputs, and business impact, provide 1-3 prioritized actions, and close the loop to secure decisions quickly.
  • Build trust with client stakeholders, learn their business and goals, establish the operating rhythm, and set up ClickUp hygiene, status templates, and reporting.
  • Ship deliverables on time, use project management to drive decisions and hit goals, spot risks early, communicate options, develop client trust, and turn learnings into the next set of wins.
