Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required; a bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, clinical medicine, imaging, or ultrasound is preferred, and a master's degree in cardiac electrophysiology is preferred.
  • Ability to independently perform job responsibilities and pass relevant professional knowledge examinations.
  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
  • Professional medical English is preferred.
  • Ability to continually develop professional expertise and learn and apply newly emerging products and technologies.
  • Willingness to communicate and collaborate, contribute to team goals, and support colleagues.
  • Persistence when facing challenges.
  • Innovative thinking and ability to explore solutions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Use professional electrophysiology knowledge and skills to provide procedural support to operators and ensure procedures are safe and proceed smoothly.
  • Understand customers' procedural habits, communicate effectively with operators, continually improve professional skills, and independently support arrhythmia procedures ranging from simple to complex within the region.
  • Follow industry and company developments; proactively learn new concepts, technologies, and product benefits and uses; and develop targeted, actionable promotional communication plans.
  • Use new products, digital tools, and technologies proficiently, and assist the professional education team in improving operators' understanding, skills, and confidence.
  • Communicate the value of new products and technologies to increase customer acceptance and support safe, efficient procedures for patients.
  • Provide training and instruction within the team through classroom teaching, simulator practice, operating-room instruction, and case reviews to improve new and junior colleagues' knowledge and procedural-support capabilities.
  • Comply strictly with company policies and complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Travel as required.
