Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, production, live ops, game design, or related fields
  • Experience working on AAA or Strategy games with post-launch content and iteration loops
  • Strong understanding of ongoing, service-based products and their methodology
  • Data-informed decision maker
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance business priorities, customer perspective, resources, capacity, and partner needs
  • Passion for games and ability to understand successful live games
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development and publishing teams to define Live Services product & business strategy for unannounced projects
  • Use data, insights, and user testing to build a deep understanding of player behaviors, engagement patterns, and content preferences
  • Inform and implement goals and benchmarks to measure player base health and business performance
  • Build messaging, campaign, and upsell strategies in collaboration with Performance Marketing and the development teams
  • Deliver research and thought leadership on live services industry landscape, trends, competitor products, and recommendations
  • Share insights, processes, and lessons learned with other studio & publishing teams
  • Understand and advocate for the player’s perspective to ensure the development of fair and balanced engagement & monetization models
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (SQL double plus)
  • Experience working in games/games economies for Live Services and ongoing-engagement titles
  • Strong critical thinking, strategy, problem-solving, business analysis, and data-informed decision-making capabilities
  • Well-played within online and multiplayer games
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools and comfortable building models to explore opportunities while working closely with analytics
  • Interested and engaged learner with the market space and industry updates
