Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales and pre-sales partner enablement strategy aligned with Anaplan’s business goals and the evolving needs of our global partner ecosystem.
  • Build and deliver scalable enablement programs, resources, and tools that drive partner proficiency in Anaplan’s solutions and methodologies, enabling them to generate demand, close deals, and deliver value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partner Management, to align enablement initiatives with corporate priorities and partner needs.
  • Establish and track clear KPIs to measure the success of enablement programs and continuously refine approaches based on data and partner feedback.
  • Operate effectively in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, leveraging creativity and problem-solving to address challenges and deliver results.
  • Act as a champion for partner enablement within Anaplan, building buy-in and alignment across global teams to elevate the partner experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Anaplan’s platform and ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
