Industrial Wastewater Process Consultant

Location: Northwestern US region

Reports To:  RBL Division Leader

Status: Exempt

Travel: 6-9 days per month, self-directed

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support existing products, professional services, and customer service at assigned regional client sites through routine customer communication (in person, email, and video)
• Independently schedule and collect onsite samples, select appropriate analyses for lab testing, analyze operational data, and report results
• Perform biological and equipment troubleshooting for wastewater treatment systems
• Set up, execute, and report on biological experiments
• Conduct biological training sessions for client personnel
• Develop solution-based proposals for prospective and existing clients

Required Abilities:

• Experience working with industrial wastewater treatment systems
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, wastewater operations, or design engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, but strong candidates from plant operations are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to travel by car (4-6 hours) and by air
