  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering field is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience coding, building, monitoring, troubleshooting, designing, and operating AI/ML infrastructure, cloud platforms, data platforms, model deployment pipelines, or large-scale engineering solutions is required.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and the computing infrastructure required to deploy, run, and optimize production AI workloads is required.
  • At least 4 years of proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, C++, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent engineering languages is required.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Apache Airflow, Kubeflow, managed orchestration services, or platform-native workflow tooling is required.
  • Experience in AI/ML infrastructure engineering or related roles on a hyperscaler or enterprise platform for deploying large-scale solutions is required.
  • Experience leading AI projects or engineering workstreams and managing priorities across multiple initiatives is required.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating and selecting AI technologies, frameworks, cloud services, and architecture patterns is required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GCP AI infrastructure services, including Compute Engine, GKE, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Filestore, IAM, VPC, Cloud Build, Cloud Monitoring, and Cloud Logging, is required.
  • Experience architecting accelerated compute, distributed training, model serving, high-throughput storage, container platforms, and secure cloud networking is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, InfraOps, MLOps, observability, and incident response practices is required.
  • Ability to optimize GCP AI infrastructure for performance, power, cost, scalability, security, reliability, and compliance is required.
  • Experience producing architecture decision records, reference implementations, standards, runbooks, and reusable infrastructure patterns is required.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end architecture and design of optimized GCP compute infrastructure for large-scale AI/ML systems, including distributed training, accelerated compute, container platforms, and model-serving environments.
  • Design and tune large-scale GCP accelerated compute clusters and distributed training systems using Compute Engine, GKE, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Filestore, VPC, IAM, Cloud Build, Cloud Monitoring, and Cloud Logging, including accelerator selection, networking, and high-throughput storage design.
  • Serve as an authoritative AI infrastructure expert on GCP, applying knowledge of GCP AI/ML services, accelerators, networking, security, and cost levers.
  • Develop and evaluate architecture alternatives across compute, networking, storage, orchestration, model serving, observability, security, compliance, cost, and operational complexity.
  • Lead architecture assessments and reviews of existing and proposed environments, identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Drive architecture decision-making by documenting rationale, trade-offs, assumptions, and dependencies aligned with business SLAs and standards.
  • Define and maintain AI infrastructure roadmap inputs, capacity planning models, scaling strategies, cost forecasts, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Design deployment, automation, and CI/CD strategies for reliable, repeatable, and scalable releases of AI systems, models, data pipelines, and platform components into production.
  • Establish AI monitoring and observability practices across InfraOps and MLOps, including SLAs, SLOs, alerting, performance and cost tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Integrate AI/ML systems into enterprise environments while ensuring interoperability, security, compliance, regulatory alignment, and adherence to client standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to align infrastructure decisions with business outcomes and translate requirements into actionable architecture standards.
  • Set technical direction for workstreams, mentor engineers, review designs and code, and promote engineering best practices across the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • GCP certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
  • Industry experience in BFSI, healthcare, retail/e-commerce, telecom, manufacturing, energy, or public sector environments where AI infrastructure must meet compliance, security, reliability, and cost-control requirements.
  • Exposure to LLM infrastructure, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, accelerator scheduling, high-performance storage, low-latency model serving, and model optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture governance, FinOps, infrastructure partner/vendor collaboration, and production support operating models.

Accenture surges 17% on Q4 beat with $18.7B revenue, but analyst warns stock fully priced at 15x forward earnings

Accenture shares surged 17% on Thursday after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. The company posted revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6% year-over-year, while earnings per share jumped 46% to $3.29. Management's full-year revenue growth forecast of 4.5% exceeded analyst expectations of 4%. Net bookings rose 4% to $22.2 billion. The company plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders this financial year. However, TD Cowen analyst Bryan Bergin maintained a hold rating, citing concerns that the stock is fully priced at 15 times forward earnings. He cautioned that one strong quarter may represent a cyclical bounce rather than structural growth acceleration. Despite this, Wall Street remains optimistic, with a "moderate buy" consensus rating. Accenture currently offers a 3.05% dividend yield.

Accenture soars 20% on upbeat fiscal 2027 forecast, lifting IBM and Cognizant

Accenture shares surged 20% Thursday after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results and issued its fiscal 2027 outlook. Quarterly revenue rose 6% year-over-year to $18.7 billion, whilst GAAP diluted earnings increased 46% to $3.29 per share. New bookings reached $22.2 billion. For fiscal 2027, Accenture projects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency, exceeding the 3.9% analyst consensus. The company expects GAAP diluted earnings of $14.39 to $14.81 per share and an operating margin of 15.9% to 16.1%. The positive forecast boosted competitors' shares. Cognizant Technology Solutions climbed 10%, Infosys gained 8%, and IBM rose 5% in morning trading. Accenture generated $2.8 billion in free cash flow during the quarter and returned $11.5 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2026.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
