Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HubSpot administration.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the integrity of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including user permissions, property architecture, and data deduplication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, resolving functional issues for HubSpot users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot login issues, syncing errors between HubSpot and integrated tools, and user view permissions.
  • Identify and merge duplicate records and correct mass-upload errors to ensure reporting remains accurate.
  • Design, test, and maintain complex workflows and sequences to automate manual business processes and lead routing logic.
  • Audit and re-engineer legacy workflows to reduce automation bloat, improving system speed and lead processing accuracy.
  • Provide technical oversight and support for marketing campaign structures and audit email automation logic.
  • Diagnose failed marketing workflows and implement technical fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain a centralized technical knowledge base in Zendesk and internal process documentation in Confluence.
  • Develop a comprehensive HubSpot Help portal in Zendesk to enable end-users to resolve common issues independently.
  • Decide the hierarchy, tagging, and accessibility of support articles in Zendesk for different departments.
  • Use Jira to track, prioritize, and report on technical requests, system bugs, and administrative projects.
  • Create standardized Jira templates for Marketing and Sales technical requests.
  • Evaluate the urgency and impact of competing Jira tickets and prioritize system fixes or enhancements.
  • Evaluate whether requested business outcomes should be solved through native HubSpot features, third-party integrations, or custom workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal processes for Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a multi-hub environment covering CRM, Marketing, and Service.
  • HubSpot Admin or Marketing Software certifications.
  • Proficiency in Jira for ticket support and Confluence for documentation.
