- Design, update and continuously refine research on industry landscape including competitors, technologies, and macro trends
- Conduct primary market research to support strategic initiatives including survey design, interview guide development, interview stakeholders, mystery shopping, etc.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving to gather, model, or estimate data that may not be available through typical research methods
- Assist in managing external research vendors and associated processes as required
- Combine internal and external data with insights from third-party research and industry experts
- Produce high quality, well structured reports and presentations that synthesize insights and support decision making
- Provide ad-hoc competitive research summaries in support of business needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to build insights repository and research roadmap
- Scope and attend relevant industry events to build and maintain industry expertise
