  • 12+ years in digital, media or ad tech sales
  • 6+ years of advanced TV advertising management experience
  • Experience in selling CTV to agency holdco’s, via managed service and/or programmatic
  • Deep relationships within the advertising industry, specifically CTV
  • Familiarity with TV Measurement and/or Linear planning
  • CTV Technical expertise
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, both internally and externally
  • Proven executive presence and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
  • Drive familiarity, adoption, and revenue for TripleLift’s CTV offerings
  • Manage a team to lead sales and business development activities for a targeted list of HoldCo agency accounts and contacts
  • Grow existing relationships with clients to establish a CTV and video presence on established client accounts
  • Collect, aggregate, and disseminate customer feedback on Triplelift’s CTV offerings to product leaders inside the company to enhance and refine our offering to meet customer needs.
  • Develop new client relationships to expand TripleLift’s CTV and video offering footprint
  • Collaborate with Research, Product Marketing & Engineering on in-market needs and future resources
  • Anticipate CTV and video offering needs for current and future clients
  • Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by uncovering key business requirements and pain points, to further sell through TL's solutions that meet the clients' needs.
  • Drive adoption and increase annual commitments with agency holding companies
  • Represent TripleLift at industry-relevant functions to increase TripleLift’s visibility and influence annual commitments
  • Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned agencies
  • Engage with Operations, Demand Partnerships, and Marketing teams regarding new product solutions and releases
  • Partner with HoldCo and the Marketing Team to create narratives that resonate with Triplelift's unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes
  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Superior analytical skills and a firm grasp of their customers’ needs
  • Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through TripleLift’s CRM (Salesforce).
