Job Description:

As a Quality Engineer at Caterpillar is to support End to End Site Quality function. Role requires exceptional Problem-solving skills & High Energy to swiftly resolve quality issues and limit Impact to Production Lines.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting AQE systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data

• Working with the shopfloor on Bulit In Quality (BIQ) and continuous process improvement
• Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
• Leading the ISO/CQMS and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.
• Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements

Top Candidates will have:

• Degree or equivalent experience desired
• ISO 9001 auditors certification
• CQMS auditors certification

• Works with a variety of RCA approaches such as safety-based, production-based, process-based, failure-based, and systems-based.

The primary location for this position is South Milwaukee, WI

Domestic relocation assistance is available

Summary Pay Range:

$95,640.00 - $143,520.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
