Responsibilities
  • Co-lead or lead weekly small group sessions for students exploring their major options.
  • Email students reminders about Exploratory career advising opportunities.
  • Send congratulatory emails to students who have declared their major.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data on exploratory studies students’ experiences in small group sessions and one-to-one career advising.
  • Shadow and then co-lead exploratory career advising appointments.
  • Prepare for information sessions and career advising appointments.
  • Take student notes from small group sessions and one-to-one career advising appointments.
  • Meet with campus partners.
  • Support the planning and implementation of large workshops and events.
