About the job
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is required, with SAP preferred.
- Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and prepare quote comparisons to support supplier selection.
- Assist with setting up new SKUs within SAP.
- Support and attend supplier technical reviews to gain technical knowledge and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Contribute to project management activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Perform data organization and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with supplier and material master data updates within ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
