Responsibilities
  • Own modules of Person Match (KYC) product
  • Contribute to the planning, and execution of Person Match solutions
  • Conduct research and data review
  • Speaking to internal and external customers to collect feedback
  • Working with the Product and Engineering management teams to propose and develop new Person Match products and solutions
  • Be the subject matter & technical expert resource for internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create knowledge-based articles, newsletters, documentation, and videos
  • Groom and manage the product backlog and lead Sprint sessions with Engineering
