About the job

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS is preferred; Principal designation depends on scope and experience.
  • At least one 0-to-1 product build or major relaunch in a startup or high-velocity environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven or data-intensive products with large language models, scoring models, or machine-learning pipelines as core components.
  • A track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction, plan for and track adoption, and support commercial outcomes.
  • Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical such as insurance, fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or similar; direct subrogation or claims experience is a meaningful differentiator.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and learning over extensive upfront planning.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for the Outbound Subrogation user experience, including prioritization of features, data capabilities, AI enhancements, and integrations.
  • Translate market signals, customer research, and competitive intelligence into a clear, defensible strategy that can be articulated to carriers and executives.
  • Set and track metrics including dollars recovered, identification rate, cycle time, and other return-on-investment signals, and be accountable for improving them.
  • Partner with data science and engineering on architecture for next-best-action and workflow design, and on deployment and governance of large-language-model capabilities such as explainability.
  • Conduct customer research with recovery managers, subrogation adjusters, and carrier teams; test concepts with users and make product decisions based on findings.
  • Represent the user in internal product and prioritization discussions and maintain a continuous feedback loop between the field and the roadmap.
  • Contribute directly to working software alongside engineers, using AI coding tools as part of the work.
  • Build and own the product return-on-investment case, define how carriers measure value from subrogation tooling, and hold the product accountable to those measures.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product marketing on go-to-market execution, sales enablement materials, and carrier-facing return-on-investment narratives.
  • Support active sales cycles as the product expert by participating in carrier conversations and articulating product value to buyer stakeholders from operations leads to the C-suite.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience as a product professional who has built and shipped products with meaningful business outcomes, owned roadmaps, shipped impactful features, made prioritization decisions, and worked across engineering, data science, customers, and commercial teams.
  • Credibility in a complex, regulated industry; insurance experience is a differentiator, but not required if willing to learn the industry quickly.
  • Experience working directly alongside engineers and using AI coding tools daily, with understanding of architecture such as data pipelines, scoring models, large-language-model evaluation, and agentic workflow design to inform technical opinions and architectural trade-offs.
  • Comfort in enterprise sales environments, including constructing a compelling return-on-investment case, supporting active deals with client partners, and communicating product value to customers.
  • Ability to define success criteria before building, test early, stop work not producing expected results, and pause investments when data does not support a path forward.
  • Ability to balance work that retains existing customers with work that attracts new customer segments and supports product growth.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand priorities and gain support for difficult decisions and trade-offs.

CCC launches Calibration Guidelines to bring ADAS repair guidance into estimating workflows

CCC Intelligent Solutions (CCC), a SaaS and AI platform for the insurance and repair industry, has launched Calibration Guidelines. The tool puts calibration recommendations from leading providers directly into estimating workflows for repairers and insurers. Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are growing more common and complex. Repair associations and consumer groups call calibration one of collision repair's most pressing issues, citing the need for easier access to trusted guidance. Recommendations come from providers including asTech, Azimuth, Opus, Kinetic, and REVV, and reflect vehicle makers' repair requirements. All CCC ONE users get the tool at no extra cost. Customers with a participating provider can reach it through the Diagnostics button, and insurers using Advanced or Intelligent Estimating in APEX can also use it.
