- Obtain information before each service about dish composition and any unavailable items.
- Adapt organization, work pace, and customer interactions to the level of activity and customer type.
- Protect and maintain the equipment provided.
- Apply procedures and policies defined by the brand and hotel.
- Represent the Heartist spirit in interactions with customers.
