About the Job

Requirements

  • Candidates should come from the medical field and ideally have training as a Medizinische Fachangestellte, Tiermedizinische Fachangestellte, Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience is ideal; career returners and entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken, at least B2 level.
  • Technical aptitude in handling analytical equipment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Unpack samples and scan order documents.
  • Centrifuge sample material.
  • Process incoming orders, including emergencies and routine orders, on time.
  • Coordinate manual and automated sample distribution.
  • Clarify unclear orders with customers (clearing).
  • Operate and maintain sample distribution machines.
  • Send samples to specialist laboratories.
  • Archive samples.
  • Independently process laboratory samples.
