- A Master's degree and Applied Behavior Analysis coursework approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board are required.

- Manage new-patient intakes, including timelines, assigning cases to Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and reviewing initial paperwork to ensure eligibility.
- Support the Clinical Services Manager with scheduling.
- Conduct interviews for Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst positions.
- Build relationships with teammates and families.
- Use Organizational Behavior Management principles to create a positive work and team culture.
- Monitor Board Certified Behavior Analyst treatment hours and support effective time-management skills.
- Conduct and lead weekly leadership meetings.
- Monitor teammate performance and use best practices to provide feedback, including supporting biannual teammate evaluations.
- Own initial onboarding for Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, including completion of required competency checks.
- Own ongoing teammate training.
- Conduct quality audits of treatment plans and learning trees.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts with transitions and discharges, including final approval of titration plans.
- Create a supportive and collaborative team environment for teammates, patients, and families.
- Clinic-setting experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst is preferred.
