Requirements
  • Five to seven years of related professional experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent applicable experience.
  • Fluency or near-native proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate, coordinate, organize, and present effectively while managing projects and engaging with people.
  • Ability to independently handle and organize various types of data in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to present comfortably to professional audiences in person and online.
  • Ability to analyze and present information in concise overviews to peers, management, and customers, including recurring reporting and training documentation.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop retail accounts and relationship programs designed to create opportunities to grow the network for Play! Pokémon programs.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage Play! Pokémon Store partnerships and opportunity pipelines while ensuring retailer retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Play! Pokémon programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations for improving market performance.
  • Work toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support for the strategic benefits of the Play! Pokémon Store network.
  • Provide key performance indicator analyses and long-range forecasting to suggest potential partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate programs to assess solution impact in the marketplace and the overall success of Play! Pokémon programs.
  • Monitor competitor activity in retail and implement strategies to maintain retention and build a best-in-class retail network for Organized Play programs.
  • Attend key international events to align with resellers, retailers, Pokémon Professors, and international vendors.
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure alignment with program and organizational goals.
  • Onboard new leagues, including reviewing and processing Play! Pokémon Store applications and administering venue reviews.
  • Execute rollouts of Play! Pokémon programs to eligible Play! Pokémon Stores in alignment with stakeholders, including retailer communication, day-to-day support, and reporting.
  • Support, plan, and execute projects and programs of varying scope, including Meet & Greets, Retailer Days, Trade Shows, and Store Tours.
  • Work with the customer relationship management system and manage retail venue and store-contact data, including address maintenance and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate daily responses to customer service escalations through email or a ticketing system, delegate when necessary, and improve workflows.
  • Assist with investigating, documenting, and following up on retail program policy compliance with internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with the Trust & Safety Team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional marketing, sales, or project management qualifications.
  • Knowledge of retail development and/or grassroots play retention programs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems and data management tools.
  • Other European language proficiency.
