The Opportunity

As the Digital Marketing Lead at ModernFi, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts, working directly with the founding team to drive growth and shape our brand in the fintech space. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase awareness, activation, and adoption of ModernFi’s products among our target audience of banks and credit unions.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with ModernFi’s business goals

• Lead the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, SEO/SEM, etc.)

• Craft compelling digital content that resonates with our target audience of banking professionals

• Manage our website and digital presence, ensuring consistent messaging and user experience

• Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints

• Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices in the fintech industry

• Manage digital marketing budget and resources effectively

• Potentially build and lead a digital marketing team as the company grows

About You

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies

• Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing analytics tools

• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for digital platforms

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation software, social media management tools)

• Experience with SEO/SEM and paid digital advertising

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Passion for fintech and understanding of the banking industry is a plus
