Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and expand several SaaS platforms (Zendesk, JIRA, etc.) allowing Technical Solutions to focus on delivering the best customer experience
  • Partner with Technical Solutions leadership and other various internal teams to implement workflows, from planning to deployment, supporting the growth of Technical Solutions
  • Lead and participate in Technical Solutions training sessions for new tools and/or workflows
  • Help with interviewing Technical Solutions candidates
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions to review tasks, blockers, and projects
  • Automate tasks (through scripts) to guarantee the scalability of the tooling and workflows in place
